OVERVIEW
Under the general supervision of the Pastor-in-charge, the
Ministry Staff will work closely with the Pastor Assigned and
the Steering Committee in planning, organizing and managing all
ministries of the Preaching Point towards achieving its vision.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A. Youth Ministry
1. To develop a long term nurturing program for the youth
2. To plan a discipleship curriculum for the youth
3. To identify, train and mentor youth leaders
4. To counsel youth in whatever area is necessary
5. To organize talks and seminars as and when needed to engage
the youths in dealing with relevant issues and challenges
B. Pastoral Care
1. To be first point of contact and response for pastoral
matters and emergencies
2. To identify pastoral concerns and issues
3. To initiate and allocate resource for home visitation
C. Outreach
1. To study and profile the demography of the Woodlands
community in order to identify needs
2. To identify target areas for outreach
3. To initiate a structured and sustainable outreach strategy
D. Cell Ministry
1. To encourage members of Fairfield Preaching Point to be
involved in Cells (Small Groups) for mutual support, nurture and
accountability
2. To collaborate with the Professional Staff for Cells in the
mother Church to supervise, monitor, guide and provide resources
for the Cells

QUALIFICATIONS
• Should be a born again Spirit-filled Christian.
• Has a passion for Youth/Outreach Work.
• Have the experience and understanding of the Cell.
• A good motivator capable in forming and directing volunteers.
• Having a Theological degree is preferred but not essentially
necessary.
